Members can also get real-time updates about their driver and location through an app or portal, reducing the number of “Where’s my ride?” calls and confirmation requests.

A recent study shows urgent rides make up about 15% of Modivcare requests. For all trips, you can set up automated reminders for members, helping to cut the number of cancel-at-door or no-shows you deal with.
