Position:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is a highly visible role in our fast-paced growing company. This position will be instrumental in helping to build and scale our Engineering, Product and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and is driven by their energy to find the best and brightest talent in our industry. In addition, this person is business focused, they know their internal customers, projects, goals, competitors and use this knowledge to drive candidate flow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute full life cycle of recruiting process including creative sourcing, pipelining for future jobs, screening, scheduling and interviewing.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process
- Utilize various social media outlets and job boards to find and attract passive candidates
- Negotiate competitive offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience competing for top talent
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and teams to develop candidate profiles to understand overall requirements and success factors that align with business strategy
- Actively engage internal hiring managers in the process of engaging/sourcing candidates
- Attend local and targeted networking events to meet and build relationships with candidates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience, either agency or corporate recruiting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to drive and influence throughout recruiting lifecycle
- Ability to work with hiring managers on gathering / eliciting needs and implementing hiring plans to achieve goals
- Experience with utilizing a variety of Sourcing tools
- Understanding and adoption of recruiting data / metrics, with desire to exceed expectations
- Experience with managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and agency relationships
- Strong closure abilities as well as communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Tech savvy
