About Circulation:


Circulation offers a digital platform to coordinate convenient and reliable Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (“NEMT”) for all areas of healthcare.

We are passionate about improving health outcomes and believe that better transportation is a key factor to shifting how consumers consume healthcare.

Responsibilities:


The Associate, Network Services will lead a number of initiatives to grow our network of transportation providers. Additionally, this hire will be responsible for supporting solution design for new and existing enterprise clients ($1M+ in revenues) and proactively monitoring their experience.

The role requires a set of skills and traits such as communication, executive presence, collaboration, analytics, technical aptitude, team building and accountability. This person will be relied upon to work constructively with prospects, clients, sales, product and operations teams to deliver recommendations on service design and feasibility.

Lastly, it is expected that this person is comfortable leading business development activities, including the identification and conversion of transportation providers into Circulation network providers.

Job functional areas and activities:

1. Transportation network and services development

 

 a. Identify and onboard new transportation providers and their fleets as needed in high-demand client markets.

 b. Responsible for proactively identifying possible network transportation providers.

 c. Leading partner integrations from negotiation through to final handoff to the development team for systems integration.

2. Client assessments & solutions design


 a. Work with prospects and clients to develop analysis and implementation plans considering things like: rules/pre-authorization assessments, pricing (areas of upside), network assessments, coverage analysis, and development of custom ordering workflows.

 b. Monitor client performance & take action to manually interfere in areas where the network or platform is not yet sufficient

c. Interface with product team to suggest product enhancements and new features.

d. Manage reporting infrastructure to monitor platform performance against key enterprise metrics.

Key candidate attributes:

• 2-5 years of experience in an overall commercial/business function having held leadership roles in recognized innovative organizations; healthcare experience preferred 

• Experience in a fast growth, high-paced, and performance-based environment
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful stories
• Self-starter that’s comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the notion of disrupting an industry by executing on unproven strategies
• Outstanding leadership abilities
