Circulation offers a digital platform that is HIPAA compliant, and coordinates on-demand and future rides with TNC providers and a national network of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Providers. We have national coverage and serve over 1500 health facilities. And so far, we've seen impressive results including reduction in no-show rates to 8% and up to 70% in ride cost savings for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Business Operations Manager will be a key member of the Business Operations Team, responsible for a portfolio of high visibility cross functional projects, both client and internal facing.
The successful candidate will be a highly organized, influential, and data-savvy self-starter. A strategic thinker and operations generalist who can take projects from loosely formed ideas to enterprise-scale implementations.
Ad hoc consultative support to executive staff and strategic partnerships (50% time):
• Provide general program management and consulting support for key sales activities, RFP responses, and strategic partnerships;
• Provide general knowledge management and document management support; and
• Develop and deliver presentations, communications, analysis and reporting.
Be a key contributor to forward-looking business priorities (40% time):
• Take both a leadership and supporting role in a portfolio of initiatives to help further prove out Circulation’s vision for a value-based transportation and healthcare logistics platform;
• Become our inhouse thought leader on market and regulatory trends influencing our business, specifically for commercial and government health plans; and
• Translate strategy into high-return revenue and growth opportunities.
Ambitiously identify and take on high-impact opportunities to improve our business (10% time):
• This is the everything else bucket of stuff that needs to get done when rapidly scaling a high performing startup;
• Identify and respond to areas for improvement or growth, and take a leadership role in delivering consistent results; and
• Become the go-to business partner for team members and collaborate cross functionally to implement new processes and activities you’ll need for the long-term success of new initiatives you’ll be supporting through to successful launch.

The following attributes are equally important for success in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree; advance degree in business or healthcare related fields is a plus, but definitely not required
• 3-6 years of experience in a client facing role, preferably at a consulting, technology, operations, or healthcare organization
• Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic data analytics
• Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
• Willingness to immerse yourself in a new industry and quickly become our subject matter expert in value-based care market trends and opportunities
• Innate sense of accountability for your own success
• Self-starter that’s comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the notion of disrupting an industry with new business models and technologies
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of time
