Video: Submitting Mileage Later - Members

Submitting Mileage Later for Members in the Circulation Drive® App:

To submit mileage later in the Circulation Drive® App:


  1. After tapping Arrived - Drop Off, signing your name, and tapping Accept and Confirm to complete a ride, tap Submit Later

  2. Tap My_Rides_Icon 

  3. Tap Past_Icon  on the toolbar

  4. Locate the ride needing mileage added

  5. Tap Submit Mileage Info

  6. Enter the total mileage of the trip. (The app provides the estimated mileage, but you can enter the actual mileage driven if it's different).

  7. Tap Submit Mileage. (A pop-up message will appear if the actual mileage entered differs from the app's estimated mileage).

    1. If the actual mileage entered is correct, tap OK

    2. If the actual mileage entered is incorrect, tap Cancel and enter the correct amount. Then tap Submit Mileage again

  8. You'll be taken back to the My Ride screen and see a notification indicating the ride is complete and your mileage is submitted for billing
