Retrieving a Forgotten Password in the Circulation Drive® App:
To retrieve a forgotten password in the Circulation Drive® App:- Open
on your phone. - Tap Forgot Password on the Login Screen
- Enter your email address
- Tap Send me a Verification Email
- Tap Back to Sign In to return to the login screen
- Navigate to your email inbox
- Open the email titled "ModivCare Password Reset" sent from no-reply@circulation.com
- Click on the link in the email (the link lasts for 15 minutes)
- Enter your new password in the pop-up window
- Confirm your password by entering it a second time
- Click Reset Password
- Navigate back to
- Enter your new password into the Login Screen
- Tap Log In
